A bit more about me...

I decided to start publishing because I wanted to start a bigger conversation. I'm an optimist about the world, people, the environment, economics and what we can do to contribute to each other through creativity and collaboration.

 

So much of what we read and what I hear is not observationally objective. Everyone is often trying to be an activist and prove a point. So much critical thinking on what's going on in the world is getting missed. It's often driven by attitudes or points of view that are self-reinforcing. My perspectives attempt to be as free of ideological points of view as possible and hopefully challenging to orthodoxies on all sides of the spectrum. The world is more complex than we can know and our oversimplification of everything really gets in the way of creative thinking, problem-solving and opening new opportunities for collaboration.

My experience in marketing and branding has taught me authenticity is powerful and the connections people make to the world around them have meaning are very powerful. I wanted to share my thinking around this through my words and would love to hear back from you.
